 FX has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in onshore and offshore environments. In addition FX has tackled projects with specific specialist technical challenges such as; high pressure/high temperature, deepwater, extended reach, underbalanced/managed pressure and coiled tubing drilling.
FX Management strives to make certain that FX Consultants are assigned to projects/operations closely aligned to their strengths and experience to ensure clients are provided with qualified personnel suited to their requirements. Our senior technical staff are available on a 24 hour/day back-up to all of our active Consultants whether they are working domestically and/or internationally.
FX is committed to look after our client's interests by providing fast turnaround services tailored to their requirements from short-term, ad hoc positions (Consultancy Services) to permanent placements (Recruitment Services) or a combination of both (Contract-to Hire).
Optimized Pressure Management Services - As a very strong advocate of Optimized Pressure Management as an effective reservoir management tool, FX focuses on mature field rejuvenation prospects utilizing Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) and/or Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) techniques. Although UBD/MPD are becoming an appreciated exploitation technique; evolution, maturation and acceptance of the technology has been gradual to date. We are focused on urging the oil & gas operating companies (National and Major) to adopt available proven technologies (such as underbalanced drilling) to optimize reservoir management at an earlier stage rather than as a last resort. We persevere to rejuvenate old assets that are typically deemed uneconomic. We also consider contribution of capital resources in return for non-conventional payment (incentive-based contracts or incremental production sharing agreements).
 HSE and Risk Management Services - The main objective of the Health, Safety, Environment and Risk (HSER) Management division is to assist our clients, in major hazardous industries and commercial sectors, to manage health, safety, environment and business risk. A series of natural disasters, major accidents at hazardous facilities and financial failures of commercial companies have ensured risk management is firmly on the agenda of senior managers. As technology evolves, markets become more global and regulatory and public pressures intensify, senior managers are increasingly required to understand and manage risk within their area of business to preserve and create shareholder value.
