FX Solutions Group awarded a Managed Pressure Drilling Feasibility Study contract for a major global operator for potential application offshore North Sea.

FX Solutions Group was awarded a Managed Pressure Drilling Feasibility contract to ascertain if MPD would assist with certain drilling non-productive-time occurrences for an operator in the North Sea.  The scope of work is to prepare a Technical Feasibility and Basis of Design report inclusive of engineering, modeling, rig interfaces, HSE management, offset assessment and economic analysis.

Dubai, UAE - FX Solutions Group announces today a share acquisition by Strata Energy Services.

FX Solutions Group FZC (FX) announces today that Strata Energy Services Inc. (Strata), a privately held company registered in Alberta Canada, has acquired an interest in the common issued shares of FX. The majority of common shares of FX remain owned by a private Singapore based company, FX Energy Group (FXEG).  The transaction was completed by virtue of a share swap between Strata and FXEG wherein FXEG relinquishes shares of FX and in turn acquires interest in the common issued shares of Strata.

FX Solutions Group Presents at the 2008 SPE/IADC Managed Pressure Drilling and Underbalanced Operations Conference and Exhibition held in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Clayton Mykytiw of FX Solutions Group authored and presented a SPE Paper (SPE-113684) titled "Mature Field Rejuvenation of a Tight Gas Carbonate Utilizing Coiled Tubing Underbalanced Drilling Techniques."  FX Solutions Group was responsible for the design, business case, project management, drilling management, wellsite engineering and wellsite supervision for this project.

FX Solutions Group invited to a Technical Peer Review meeting in Europe for a large scale Gas Storage Project.

FX Solutions Group was invited to attend a Peer Review meeting where the operator had engaged a multi-disciplinary team of experts to discuss means of optimizing the continued development of a large-scale gas storage project.  The particular scope for FX is to provide specialist drilling engineering technical input for the drilling of depleted reservoirs.
